    To qualify you must be currently employed or retired from full time employment in Northwest Arkansas as a local: -Firefighter -Police Officer -Federal Law Enforcement Officer -EMT -Corrections Officer (Proof of qualifying employment is required) You must use our partner lender (when applicable) and Concierge Realty NWA as a real estate brokerage in order to qualify for the benefit. No partial benefits are available if another brokerage or lender is used.

    Our lender partner can get you pre-approved in 48 hours or less! Once you find the home of your dreams and get an accepted offer the process takes only 30 days and you will be moving into your NEW HOME!
